This is a leather deer made into an ornament that can be hung up at Christmas or in a window or just placed on a ledge. Each ornament is cut, dyed and then wet-formed into the shape you see. Each one is shaped by hand so there will be slight variation.
 
If you want to re-shape it, you can always dampen it with water and re-shape then let it dry.
